Presenters: Ron Galloway, Researcher with Method Research LLC of Atlanta, GA. Recently presented on the topic of Cyber Currencies as an Investable Asset Class at the May Annual Conference for the Investments and Wealth Institute in Nashville, TN. Joining Ron will be Daniel Stabile, Partner at Shutts & Bowen who oversees the firm's legal & regulatory work in the area of crypto currencies; as well as Lance Lvovsky, CPA, Senior Associate | Private Client Services | RSM US LLP who will provide details of IRS Guidance regarding cryptocurrency tax implications, taxation of cryptocurrencies (investing versus mining), and Foreign account reporting (FBAR, Form 8938, etc.).
