The FPA of Miami will kickoff 2020 with a very special dinner program, "Fundamentals of Private Equity and Private Debt: Practical Considerations for Professional Advisors". Hosted by the Big 4 Accounting Firm of KPMG at their beautiful new Brickell City Center office, there will be a 60 minute panel discussion on Fundamentals of Private Equity and Private Debt. The panel will cover all aspects of private equity/debt from an investment standpoint, covering the fundamentals, how leading private equity/debt teams make investments in portfolio companies, types of vehicles, attractiveness as an asset class, and more.
The panelists include: Alex Denault, Managing Director - M&A, KPMG; Jamie Elias; Partner and Head of Trivest Growth Investment Fund; Daniel Schwartz, Partner - Akerman; and Pat Gimlett, Director, AllianceBernstein-Private Credit Investors (AB-PCI). The panel will be moderated by John Lenahan, VP - Private Wealth Managment, Bernstein.
